Our guest garden.
Even Archduchess Sophie, the mother of Emperor Franz-Josef, dreamed in the guest garden.
Full of nostalgia she wrote to the owner of Landgasthof Bogner at the time, “During the tiring trip, I thought about my beloved Tyrol and longed for your beautiful, big meadows under the fruit trees, where I was so happy.” That was in 1848.
Some things are still the same today as they were in those days. Our guest garden with its big chestnut trees is more magnificent then ever, and still today children can romp about without bothering anyone – just like the princes did back then.
