Every kind of hiker will find their favourite tracks around Absam. Romantic routes through snow-covered forests alternate with trails along winter meadows in the Inn valley and panoramic tracks with stunning views.
The local tourism board organizes nature watch hikes. Our guests explore the wintry Tyrolean landscape kitted out with Swarovski binoculars as well as snowshoes and accompanied by a trained nature watch guide. They go on journeys of discovery and search for clues in the snow thereby getting to know the virtually untouched nature of the "Alpenpark Karwendel", the largest nature park in Austria.
