The small historical townHall in Tirol

Hall in Tirol - Only a stone throw away from our hotel. The town of Hall in Tirol, very close to our hotel, was a major transhipment hub for trade on the Inn during the middle ages. The Sovereign Mint contributed substantially to the continued economic boom. In the renowned and well-preserved historic centre - incidentally, even greater than that of Innsbruck's Old Town - you can expect to visit, amongst other attractions, Hall's coining tower and its connected coining museum, the highlight of which being that you can even mint a coin yourself.

Cultural offerings in Hall

Hasegg Castle likewise entices a large number of visitors each year, alongside the extensive cultural offerings. Tyrol's Easter Festival, the "Sprachsalz" International Literature Festival and the "Musik plus" event series have now become well known beyond the city's boundaries.

Hall has also been a university town since 2004. The Tyrolean State University UMIT is dedicated to contemporary issues such as medical informatics or nursing sciences.

Atmospheric Advent market

A particular highlight is the Haller Advent market during the festive season. In addition to the varied shopping opportunities, which the historic centre has on offer throughout the year, handicrafts and culinary delights are also available here during the Christkindl festive market. A visit to Hall is an absolute must during your holiday at the Landgasthof Bogner.
